What is the cost of my counselling services?
The cost of my counselling services are £60 per hour, however I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy. This is also a good way of establishing if you feel I am the right counsellor for you.
How often should I attend counselling sessions?
The frequency of counselling sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
